1. All you need to do is fill in the on line claim form, there is a reveiw fee of £295 payable, this fee covers the audit of your first agreement and the processing of your application further agreements would be charged at £195 there is nothing further to pay. If we find that your agreement is not unenforceable the review fee will be rufunded less £50 admin fee.

2. You will be sent a claim pack which includes a letter of authorisation allowing us and a member of the legal panel (solicitors) to deal with your Credit Agreement Provider in relation to your evaluation (audit) and potential claim.

3. A copy of your original Credit Agreement is needed if you have this please send it to us with the letter of authority, if you don't have it, we will apply for a copy from your lender at no extra cost to you.

4. When we receive your letter of authority and original Credit Agreement, our legal panel (solicitors) will evaluate if you have a valid claim if, your claim is valid the solicitors will instigate a claim with your Credit Agreement Provider updating you every step of the way.

5.On settlement of your claim you keep 100% of the claim plus any interest.
